One full calendar month’s written notice is required should a pupil wish to discontinue classes.
Fees paid in advance are non-refundable.

Monthly fees remain payable regardless of absenteeism, including illness, holidays, or other personal commitments.

3. Examinations
Participation in Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examinations is encouraged but not compulsory.

While every care is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils, E.K Ballet Studio, its staff, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury sustained during class time or whilst on the premises.

5. Medical Information
Parents/guardians are required to inform the teacher in writing of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or special circumstances that may affect the pupil’s participation.
Parents must also notify the studio of any changes to medical or personal information.

6. Personal Property
E.K Ballet Studio does not accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.

Right of admission is reserved.
Parents may attend the first lesson of each month, designated as Parents’ Day.

Social Media & Parent Conduct Policy
E.K Ballet Studio is committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and positive environment for all pupils, parents, and staff.

- Not to post negative, defamatory, or harmful comments about the Studio, its staff, pupils, or other parents on any social media platform.
- Not to engage in online discussions that may damage the reputation of the Studio.
- To address concerns or complaints directly with the Studio in a respectful and constructive manner.
Any concerns must be communicated privately to the Studio via email or direct contact with the Studio Principal.
2. WhatsApp Group Etiquette
Where WhatsApp groups are created for communication purposes:
- Groups are for Studio-related communication only.
- No unrelated advertising, promotions, or personal content may be shared.
- No discussions of fees, other pupils, or Studio management matters may take place in group chats.
- Respectful communication is expected at all times.
The Studio reserves the right to remove any parent/guardian from a group should conduct be deemed inappropriate.
3. Photography & Sharing
Parents may take photographs or videos only during designated events (e.g., Parents’ Day or performances).
Images or videos of other pupils may not be posted on social media without the consent of those pupils’ parents/guardians.
4. Breach of Policy
Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
- Formal written warning
- Removal from communication groups
- Termination of enrolment at the Studio (at the discretion of the Studio Principal)
